European Accessibility Act (EAA) – obligations of online stores
The European Accessibility Act (EAA) is a major EU directive that aims to facilitate access to products and services for people with disabilities. From June 28, 2025, many companies – including online stores – must meet specific accessibility requirements.
This training will help you understand exactly what the EAA means, who it applies to, and what changes your company should make to comply with the new law – while creating a more accessible environment for all customers.
