Course: Law in Foreign Expansion

Foreign expansion in e-commerce is not just about translating the store, launching delivery to another country, and starting advertising campaigns. Every new market also involves specific legal, tax, and organizational decisions that affect sales security, store credibility, and the possibility of further business scaling.

Who is this course for?

The E-commerce Expansion course was prepared for online store owners, e-commerce managers, and people responsible for developing foreign sales who want to better understand how to prepare their company to enter new markets in an organized and safe manner.

During the course, we discuss key areas of expansion: choosing the legal form of business, taxation of foreign sales, legal documents, requirements for the store interface, differences between selected markets, and a legal strategy for scaling sales.

The goal of the course is to show that law does not have to be a barrier to expansion. It can be a tool that allows you to better prepare your store for discussions with partners, increase customer trust, and develop foreign sales in a more predictable way.

The course is available in Polish
