E-commerce law course
E-commerce law doesn't end with online store regulations. In practice, it affects the entire sales process: from how offers are presented, through collecting marketing consents and designing the checkout, to handling returns, complaints, marketplaces, and brand protection.
Who is the course for?
The E-commerce Law course has been prepared for individuals who want to better understand the most important legal obligations in online sales and apply them to daily business decisions. This is a practical training for store owners, e-commerce managers, marketplace sellers, and those responsible for marketing, customer service, and online sales development.
During the course, we discuss key legal areas that affect the security, credibility, and stability of online sales—from store documents, through GDPR and interface, to returns, complaints, taxes, and brand protection.
The goal of the course is not only to explain regulations but to show how law can support professional, transparent, and secure e-commerce development.
The course is currently available only in Polish.
