What does the Expansion+ subscription include?
1. Complete documentation for the online store in accordance with local regulations
For the market you choose, the documents necessary to conduct legal sales are prepared:
- online store regulations in accordance with local law,
- privacy policy adapted to applicable regulations,
- returns policy, complaints and other required documents.
Simply complete the fields according to the comments to receive ready-made documents and implement them in the store.
2. Legal audit of the store interface (UX)
An assessment is made of the compliance of the store website elements with the legal requirements applicable in a given market – including content, forms and information structure.
3. Annual legal audit of the store with a report and updated documentation
Once a year, a comprehensive review of the store's documentation and practices is conducted, culminating in a detailed report. As needed, documents are updated in line with applicable law.
4. 1 hour of legal services
The subscription includes one hour of individual legal services per month , which can be used for consultations regarding current store matters.
5. Monthly legal updates
Subscribers receive email notifications about changes in regulations applicable in selected markets. Information is selected for international online sales , allowing for a rapid response to legal changes.
6. Access to expert knowledge and educational materials
The package includes free participation in ecommerce.legal training and unlimited access to closed webinars on e-commerce law from an international perspective.
